Hi, I’m Eli Abela, the Philippines’ first Certified Biohacking and Human Potential Coach, as well as the founder of Germanische Heilkunde (GHk) in the country. I specialize in combining conventional life coaching with cutting-edge, non-conventional holistic techniques that optimize both the mind and body.

I first encountered GHk when I came across Caroline Markolin’s breast cancer video, which opened my eyes to a new perspective on healing. Hearing about bacteria and fungi as friendly agents in the healing phase, all waiting for the brain’s command, truly resonated with me. This was the start of my journey, and I eagerly absorbed everything I could.

At the time, there were few training programs available, so I joined Andi Locke Mears’s course. Although I was new to the field and had to demonstrate my commitment to qualify, Andi graciously accepted me, and I am grateful for her support. I began working with real-life cases, including a close friend with Lupus Nephritis who had endured chemo, juicing, and various alternative therapies for over a decade. Through GHk and biohacking, she achieved remarkable progress in her health.

Currently, I am enrolled in the official GHk Educator course based on the cases taught by the late Helmut Pilhar, Dr. Hamer’s appointed lecturer, with Giovanna Conti on the faculty. My connections extend globally to GHk communities in Canada, Australia, Europe, and the U.S., where I am a member of GHk Global.

After three years of immersive, embodied learning and practical application, I now teach GHk, ensuring my understanding goes beyond theory into true, lived knowledge. I also moderate the Asian Freyja Biology of Love cohorts under Dr. Sasha Tesic, with our fourth cohort underway. Additionally, I serve on the faculty for Global GHk in India.

Through GHk and biohacking, I’ve witnessed transformative breakthroughs, particularly in children with special needs. Living, eating, and breathing biologically has become a way of life for me—a seamless integration of biohacking with the Biological Laws of Nature that I call "bioregenesis" and "negentropy."

It is my goal to empower Filipinos to understand this groundbreaking discovery in human health and biology. Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer’s work stands alongside the insights of history’s greatest philosophers, scientific psychologists, and experts in human behavior, illuminating the intricate connections between our psyche, brain, and body. He has demonstrated that our thoughts and conflicts are deeply linked to biological responses, making it possible to understand what our brains are communicating through physical symptoms.
